CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand if I do same day cancellation I will be charged 100% of the remaining balance of the service and the booking fee will be non refundable. I understand if I am 15 mins late, I will be charge a $20 late fee. If I am 30 mins late, my appointment will be cancelled. If I no call, no show, my card will be charged the remaining balance and I will be blocked from future bookings. If you would like a before and after hours appointment, it will be an additional $50 added to the appointment. Please text 972-559-4934 for a before/after appointment. You cannot reschedule your appointment more than 2 times. If you would like to reschedule for the 3rd time, we will have to cancel your original appointment and charge you for another appointment.
